Continuation of the Hillside project, focusing on the main communal areas, dining hall, and exterior elevations. This phase demanded a robust finish to cope with the daily impact of hundreds of students.
We brought in specialist MEWP operators for the high-level interior works. Our team worked staggered weekend shifts to make up for weather delays on the exterior, ensuring the overall programme remained on track. Strict film-thickness testing was conducted on all intumescent coatings.
